Return Guidelines
- Original Packaging
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. The packaging is essential for safe return shipping, especially since our products are heavy goods. - Free Return & Collection
We’ll handle the return and collection of your items at no extra cost to you. - Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees. - Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns if:- The product is not in its original condition (including damage or missing parts not caused by Fitnessactive).
- The product shows signs of wear, damage, tampering, washing, or alterations.
- The packaging is damaged, tags are removed, or packaging is discarded.
- The item was purchased during a sale.
Refund Process

Upon receiving your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return standards. - Approval
If everything checks out, your refund will be processed immediately and sent to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to an alternative card. - Timeline
